Synopsis

In their first case on their own, Alicia and Cary face long legal odds when they represent a young woman in a product liability suit against a gun manufacturer. But the odds grow even larger when they are forced to simultaneously fight another battle, this one against Will and Diane. Diane discovers that Peter is looking for another candidate for Supreme Court Justice, and Marilyn snoops around Alicia's firm given Peter's new stance on internet commerce and Florrick/Agos' relationship to Chumhum.
