The Good Wife Episode 5.03 A Precious Commodity

Alicia must defend a surrogate mother against the biological parents when the fetus' health is called into question. With a malpractice suit looming and the child facing birth defects, the intended parents have made a painful decision that they want the surrogate to abort, per the surrogacy contract. Alicia's client refuses to comply, leading to an emotionally-charged, time-sensitive battle over the life of an unborn child. Meanwhile back at Lockhart/Gardner, Will offers Alicia the position of managing partner.
