Andrea seems to know that there is something that her friend isn't telling her. The souls from the crash go at the crash site as Melinda encourages them to cross over. However, the wide-brimmed hat spirit convinces them to stay earthbound. Melinda must keep the mysterious evil spirit from capturing the souls and also must reveal to Andrea how the plane crash affects her.
