Ben arrives at the bar with a shocking announcement: he's made a friend at work who's a girl, and he doesn't want to sleep with her! So what if she's a bit on the heavy side, it's still an accomplishment for Ben.

Riley and Ben get into it; being friends with a fat person isn't something worth bragging about. Fitz tells the two to "squash the beef," his term for putting an issue to rest. Ben is excited by the new expression, but Fitz begs him not to use it; it seems like Ben always manages to screw up sayings and end up sounding like an idiot.

Womanizer Fitz also has a shocking announcement: he thinks that the girl he's seeing might be the one. But he wants one last hoorah before settling down - there's a huge party tonight that Fitz doesn't want to miss out on. Bring on the ladies!

Sara comes to Aaron asking for a rich-friend favor. The hospital is having a charity date auction, and a super-geeky guy, Kyle, thinks he's going to win a date with her. Ben agrees to help her out and out-bid Kyle. Only when he arrives at the party, Aaron and Kyle have a serious bonding session over their mutual nerdiness. When it comes time to outbid Kyle for a date with Sara, Aaron can't bring himself to break Kyle's heart.

When Ben and his new work friend, Amanda, get into a lighthearted tiff, Ben tells her that they need to "bury the beef," not realizing that he screwed up the expression. Amanda, thinking it's a sexual advance, is visibly offended, though Ben doesn't understand why.

Later, an HR rep lets Ben know that Amanda has filed a sexual harassment complaint against him for asking her to "bury the beef" with him; Ben remains oblivious to the expression's sexual implications. During the official meeting with HR, Ben gets fired when he ignorantly states that Amanda's not attractive enough to sexually harass.

Fitz is having a wild time at the party, but when he gets a text from Lauren asking him if he's behaving, he realizes that Lauren thinks they're in a monogamous relationship. He tries to cover his tracks and pretend like the party never happened, but it might be too late; there are already photos of him on Facebook!

Aaron convinces Sara to give Kyle a chance, but Sara only agrees under the condition that Aaron stage a casual run-in and crash their date. But the date doesn't go anything like Sara imagined; Aaron and Kyle run the conversation and leave Sara looking like an idiot. In fact, at the end of the night, Kyle isn't even interested in Sara anymore. This leaves Sara in a huff; how dare he reject her! The three go back to Kyle's apartment, and Sara attempts to win him over with her video game prowess; but she only worsens the situation.

Fitz manages to get all the photos of him taken down except one: a profile picture of a friend where Fitz is prominently featured half-naked with another girl in the background. He seeks out Dean to get the picture taken down, but Dean refuses; that photo of him kissing a girl in the foreground is "the ultimate moment" of his entire life.

Riley proposes a solution: what if they give Dean an even better photo as a replacement? Riley shows up at the coffee house where Dean works and makes out with Dean against the counter as Fitz snaps Dean's new profile pic.
