Sara whimsically enters the bar with a man's jacket in tow, apparently belonging to her latest hospital crush, "Paramedic Evan." Sara's smitten but can't seem to get in more than a few words with him because he's always on the move. When he accidentally leaves his jacket, Sara takes the opportunity to stage a casual drop by to return it to him. Ben and Riley warn against this move if she wants something serious with this guy; it will put her straight on the booty call track.

Later, Fitz and Aaron exchange gifts for their "roommate-iversary." Fitz gets Aaron a wrist rest for his keyboard, which Aaron is thrilled to receive. But Aaron gets Fitz something both thoughtful and extravagant: floor seats to the Bulls game. Fitz is visibly offended; they had agreed to a fifty-dollar limit, and Aaron completely disregarded it. It's hard enough for Fitz to live with such a successful guy; Aaron always one-upping him makes it that much harder.

When Ben gets a text invite from Mia, a girl he recently met, to come over and watch a documentary, Ben vows to show Sara how a proper booty call is done. He and Mia have nothing in common, and "watching a documentary" is clearly code for hooking up. Imagine Ben's surprise when he is forced to suffer through an emotional documentary about orphans in Chile.

Sara disregards Riley and Ben's warning and brings over the paramedic's jacket. But she can't seem to restrain herself and ends up sleeping with the paramedic. When she leaves in the morning and Evan tells her to "stay warm," Sara mistakenly takes that as an invitation to borrow his jacket. When Ben later explains that the expression is just a pleasantry, Sara feels like an even bigger idiot.

Meanwhile, Ben is determined to get off of the relationship track and back on the booty call track with Mia. After not responding to her texts for two days, he sends the most blatant booty call text and heads over. Only when he arrives, he finds Mia on the floor with the broken leg. He calls an ambulance and holds her until it gets there, putting Ben right back on the relationship track. When Mia's family arrives and start referring to Ben as Mia's boyfriend, things get even worse.

Fitz forgives Aaron for his behavior but tells him that they're going to the Bulls game "Fitz style," by taking the train and sitting in the nosebleeds with the real fans. At the game, the reality of the situation is a little less glamorous than what Fitz envisioned. Later, on the train ride home, Aaron is mugged of all of his possessions.

Sara decides to return the jacket again, but this time does it at 9:00 a.m., the unsexiest time of day. Only Sara realizes she forgot to bring the jacket altogether right before he opens the door. Left with no excuse, the two start kissing instantly.

The next night, Paramedic Evan shows up at Sara's window for sex. Sara finally puts a stop to this behavior, explaining to him that she's not a booty call. Evan refuses to take no for an answer, and Sara's forced to throw him out.

Later, at the police station, Aaron explains to Fitz that he's such a great friend and Aaron just thinks he deserves the best. From all his help with picking up women and being an all-around great guy, the Bulls tickets were the least that Aaron could do.
