This episode featured four couples competing as teams.
Stunt #1 (Submerged limousine) One member of each couple would be seated in the driver's seat a limousine and the other would be locked in the trunk. The limo would be submerged underwater and the person in the driver's seat would have to wait for a red light to come on. That person would then have to swim to the back seat, retrieve a key, escape through the sunroof, and free their partner from the trunk. Both players would then have to swim to a buoy. The three couples to complete this stunt the fastest would advance to the next round; the slowest couple would be eliminated.
Stunt #2 (Gross blow tube) One member of each couple would have to slurp up mouthfuls of blended fish heads, roaches, and beetles. That person would have to transfer it to their partner through a tube. The partner would catch it in their mouth and spit it into a cylinder. The couple to get most slop in their cylinder within the two minute time limit
