CSI: Miami Episode 9.02 Sudden Death

Our team investigates the murder of Kristen, a Miami bottle girl when her dead body is found floating in the pool outside a hot nightclub. Dr. Victoria Mercier does an initial inspection of Kristen's body at the crime scene and determines that she did not drown in the pool; she was already dead when she was thrown in the pool. Walter finds Kristen's cell phone in the pool leaf trap and is able to dry it out and review her last call and texts made to Sara, another bottle girl, and Amanda, the bottle girl's boss. Horatio talks with Sara and she tells him that Kristen called her and asked her to sign her out so she could be with Brady, a 21 year old quarterback she was outside in a cabana with that night. Amanda equips her bottle girls with camera and instructs them to take pictures of anything that might sell to the tabloids upping her clubs notoriety. That night, Amanda made Sara go out to the cabana and take a picture of Kristen and Brady. The picture that Sara took wasn't of Kristen passed out but rather dead. The autopsy reveals that Kristen died from suffocation from alcohol in her lungs; called "delayed drowning". We learn that a high-end client, Richard Ellison, wanted Kristen to exclusively be his bottle girl that night. However, when he got wind that she was flirting with Brady, he got jealous and forced copious amounts of champagne down her throat. The expensive champagne is traced back to Ellison's order and is found on his clothes linking him to the Kristen's death. Chip Ford, a sports agent vying to represent Brady found Kristen's body next to Brady's in the cabana the next morning. Brady left the scene quickly and Chip threw Kristen's body in the pool. Chip is arrested for his part, and Richard is arrested for involuntary manslaughter.
