Horatio and Delko arrive in Rio de Janeiro to avenge Marisol's death. They go on sniffing after the trail of Antonio Riaz, who ordered the hit on Marisol. Horatio is caught up in a tangle of family and emotional issues. He runs into Yelina and finds out that his brother Raymond is missing again. Raymond Jr. wants to bring his father back even at the risk of his life. But, Raymond is already dead and Horatio must stop his nephew from getting killed in the crossfire of Brazilian mafia.
