When acid is found to have burned the suspension cords of a parachute, the death of skydiver Kevin Ramsey changes from an accident to murder. Arnie Tish, the pilot, becomes a suspect when it's discovered that Kevin's altimeter was set 3000 feet above the correct altitude, causing Kevin to pull his chute too late. Through a web database, the team discovers that Kevin has fathered 103 children via a sperm donation, and this leads them to Trent Burton, who has the hereditary Wilson disease (which Kevin failed to disclose at time of his donation). He has a motive: Trent reached out to Kevin for a liver transplant, but was rejected. Realizing that prison will provide him with medical care, Trent admits to the murder. However, the team discovers that Tish's daughter, who is one of Kevin's, died from Wilson disease and Tish admits to the attempted murder. But, the true murderer is Kevin's wife, Meredith, who badly wanted children and was angry that Kevin had More...fathered all these children with strangers, but had a secret vasectomy to avoid having a child with her.
