Phil was having a hard time on the ranch after Amy got eliminated. He had always looked at his wife as his sounding board for advice and he felt lost without her there. Meanwhile, Bob checked up on his Blue team and was heartbroken to see that Amy was gone.

Bob wanted to talk to Vicky and Brady alone. Bob suspected that they were setting up a game play because of Brady's low number at the weigh in. Brady and Vicky told Bob they didn't do anything on purpose. Bob declared Vicky the biggest game player to ever walk into the house.

Now was the time for the temptation round where the teams had to play a game of "This or That" and guess which foods they should choose to eat out of two meals. The teams had no idea what they were playing for, but were told it would be a 40-pound advantage being revealed sometime. Both teams were intrigued.

The Blue team won the temptation round because they were the first team to get five points. They were ready to turn the game around. Brady declared that "Blue is back!"

The Black team was having a quiet meal at the dining table when the Blue team decided it was time to confront Phil. Brady accused Phil of trying to get in between their team and their level of closeness. Coleen was angry at all the accusations going around and just picked up her things and left the room.

Michelle, Renee, and Coleen followed Phil up to his room to offer him support after the Blue team's confrontation. They all encouraged Phil to not let the team get to him and they wanted to reassure Phil that he was still their teammate and they were there for him.

This week's challenge was going to test Coleen's fear of heights -- again. Each team was suspended in the air, holding onto a yellow rope and being forced to carry their amount of weight. Whichever team had all their members let go of the rope first would lose. The Black team had to carry an extra 40 pounds on their side because of the Blue team's temptation win.

Both teams had all of their players as they approached 30 minutes. Ali told them when they hit the 30 minute mark of the challenge, they could choose a player to lower down to the ground. The winning team was able to choose a player from the other team and have that person's weight not count at the weigh in.

After almost an hour of being suspended in the air, the Black team was forced to let go and the Blue team won the challenge. It was the first time the Blue team won a challenge and they were overjoyed.

Now it was time for the Blue team to decide who on the Black team would not have their weight count at the weigh in. They put numbers on paper and all tried to guess who would lose the most weight this week for the Black team.

Bob interrupted his team in the gym to tell them that it was time to go outside and run. The Blue team just looked at Bob like he was joking, but he wasn't. He wanted to see his team jog ten miles for their last-chance workout.

Bob joined up with Amy on their jog. He asked her when was the last time she jogged a full mile and she told him she had never attempted to do it before. He reminded her that she had already just jogged a mile and a half and hadn't stopped, yet.

Jillian was pushing her team hard for the last-chance workout. She was saddened by the thought that one of her Black team members would be going home this week if they lost the weigh in. Meanwhile, Bob was encouraging his team to go outside and run.

Before the weigh in could begin, Ali asked the Blue team whose weight would not count. Heba announced they chose Michelle, who was shocked at the decision. Heba said they thought Michelle was going to pull a big number at the weigh in.

Michelle was the first one to be weighed in, knowing her weight would not count for or against her at the weigh in. The scale revealed she only lost two pounds. She was bummed out with the number, but she knew that she really worked hard that week and hit the goal of being an even 200 pounds.

The Black team was not happy with their numbers at the weigh in. They only lost a total of eight pounds for the entire week. Now it was time for the Blue team to weigh in. They had to lose a total of 11 pounds to win the weigh in.

Brady was the first one to weigh in on the scale for the Blue team. He lost a total of 13 pounds, already losing the total amount the Blue team had to reach in order to win the weigh in. Heba led the Blue team to the scale to give Brady a giant hug.

Amy was smiling because she lost six more pounds. Ali announced that Amy had lost the most percentage of weight on the ranch, making her the overall biggest loser, so far. Amy admitted that she wasn't a loud competitor in the game, but she has shown she's a force to be reckoned with.

Renee, Michelle and Coleen all met up to discuss eliminations. Renee had received immunity for losing the most weight on the Black team. Phil joined in and told them how bad he felt for losing such a small amount of weight. Phil admitted that not having his wife by his side had really affected him.

Michelle, Renee, and Coleen all voted for Phil at the elimination. But, it was not a personal attack when they voted, they just felt Phil had the strength and tools to take the game further if he joined up with his wife at home. He completely understood. He told the women to not give up on the ranch.
