Marcus shares with Will his elaborate plan to win over his crush, Shea. He found a technicality in his mom's rule to not see her: Fiona forbade him to see Shea outside of school, so nothing's stopping Marcus from "accidentally" running into her while in school. Having locked down Shea's class schedule, Marcus charges through the halls. But just as he's about to make contact, Principal Goldenrod steps in his path - it's a near miss. A second attempt is successful, but Marcus rues the day: Shea wants a piece of gum and he doesn't have any. From then on, Marcus does his best to anticipate Shea's needs and fill them all, but to Shea it feels more like stalking.

After a beautiful woman dupes him into accepting a summons, Will tells Andy that he's being sued by someone named Anastasia Campbell who's claiming she co-wrote "Runaway Sleigh," the source of all his millions. Now that his money's been cut off, Will needs a lawyer he doesn't want to sleep with, so Andy suggests Laurie. Andy locates local Pilates instructor Anastasia Campbell, whom Will immediately recognizes as Stalker Stacy, a cute groupie he once had mind-blowing sex with, who then wouldn't leave him alone. When Will seeks advice from Fiona, she remembers Stacy showed up looking for Will when he was in New York, looking a little desperate. Feeling sorry for her, Fiona advised Stacy to value herself above the crumbs Will left behind. Will decides this advice is what made Stacy file the lawsuit, and when Fiona stops by the Pilates studio, Stacy confirms this truth. Fiona tries to clarify she meant Stacy should value herself more emotionally - not financially. But Stacy's no dummy, she knows it was Will who sent Fiona in hopes of talking her out of the lawsuit.

Will visits Laurie hoping that she'll tell him Stacy is merely a wackadoo with no case. Laurie knows that even if the case is meritless, it could drag on for years. The best thing Will can do is nothing - no contact with Stacy, who's breaking down in front of her yoga class. Fiona marches back to Will's house to lay into him for breaking Stacy's heart. Stacy was there the night Will wrote "Runaway Sleigh"; she nurtured his creative process! All Will has to do is say he's sorry. Marcus stops by after work to lament his plight with Shea. How could she think he's a stalker? Will has no idea how it feels to have someone he cares about call him a stalker.

Will stops by the Pilates studio to ask Stacy if she's willing to talk - which she will do only if he performs some painful contortions on one of her machines. Brought to his knees, Will humbly apologizes, claiming he's not the guy he used to be. Stacy seems to accept his apology, but she has one question - is Will the guy he used to be in the one way that counts, wink wink? At school, Shea follows Marcus around until he's all nerves. Then she tells him she'd be willing to hang out with him if he could just get a little cooler. Later, Will pokes his head through the dumbwaiter to tell Fiona and thank her for her advice. He apologized to Stacy several times last night and intends to go upstairs and apologize to her several more times. That's when Stacy appears to thank Will for all the sex - which changes nothing. She's still suing him!
