Synopsis

Clay and Hannah grow closer. While Clay spends a heartbreaking night listening to his tape with Tony, tensions boil over at Bryce's house.

Clay finally listens to his tape and is overcome with guilt because he could not do enough to prevent her suicide. When Justin finds out Jessica is at Bryce's he confronts her there and admits that Bryce raped her on the night of the party. Olivia Baker finds the list with all the names of the people on the tapes, although she doesn't know what the list means.
