In the steamy romantic comedy Araiya-san! Ore to Aitsu ga Onnayu de!?, a young man named Kouta finds his life turned upside down when he discovers that his childhood friend and secret crush, the beautiful and spirited Yuna, has taken a job working at the local public bathhouse. To make matters even more complicated, Kouta himself is hired as a cleaner at the same establishment, forcing the two of them into close quarters within the steamy, intimate setting of the women's bath. As they navigate the awkward and often hilarious situations that arise from their new roles, old feelings resurface and new tensions emerge. The series blends lighthearted comedic misunderstandings with genuine moments of romantic tension, exploring the challenges of confessing true feelings while maintaining a professional facade. With a lively ensemble of quirky coworkers and regular customers adding to the chaos, Kouta must decide if he can finally bridge the gap between friendship and something more, all while surrounded by clouds of steam and the constant threat of embarrassment.
