Celebrity

Los Angeles County Superior Court has awarded Candy Spelling the protection order against Diyahmi Farrakhan Muhammad who had been caught trespassing on the Holmby Hills estate at least nine times.

AceShowbiz - The widow of TV mogul Aaron Spelling has won a restraining order against a man she has accused of stalking her at her multimillion dollar Los Angeles mega-mansion. Candy Spelling, mother of reality TV star Tori Spelling, was awarded the protection order on Thursday, September 2 after her lawyer filed papers in Los Angeles County Superior Court claiming Diyahmi Farrakhan Muhammad had been caught trespassing on the Holmby Hills estate at least nine times in recent months.

The 38 year old was most recently found on the grounds of the Beverly Hills home on Tuesday, August 31 and taken into custody by police. He has since been placed on psychiatric hold, reports TMZ. According to the legal papers, Spelling alleges Muhammad "delusionally believes he personally knows and communicates with the Spellings" and insists the late Aaron contacted him "through the television" and invited him to live at the property.

But he has now been ordered to stay at least 100 yards (91 meters) away from Spelling and her mansion.
