The announcement came with Oni Press’s June solicitations, revealing a teaser for Rosie Knight and Evgenia Verel’s upcoming comic titled Adventure Time Pride Special: PB & Marcy's Infinite Mixtape #1, scheduled for release on June 3, 2026. Knight, known for her work on Godzilla: Monster Island Summer Camp, teams up with Verel to deliver this Pride Month celebration.
This 48-page special will be available at comic shops for $7.99 and promises fans a unique journey through the relationship between Princess Bubblegum and Marceline. The comic invites readers to “catch Marceline and Princess Bubblegum's secret love song” as part of a tribute to Pride Month, which is observed throughout June.
The narrative centers on an engaging concept where readers are treated as the “top listener of the Scream Queens,” the fictional band formed by the two girlfriends.
