The show, which spins off from the hit film franchise, shifts the spotlight to Lara Jean’s younger sister, Kitty Song Covey, as she navigates life at the Korean Independent School of Seoul (KISS). Netflix announced that Lana Condor will appear in season 3, which premieres with eight new episodes on April 2, 2026. In the original To All the Boys I've Loved Before films, Condor’s character is a high schooler who writes secret letters to her crushes, never intending to send them. But when Kitty accidentally mails the letters, Lara Jean’s private feelings become public, sparking heartfelt and humorous confrontations.

The trilogy follows Lara Jean’s romantic journey, including her relationship with Peter Kavinsky, played by Noah Centineo. The first film ends with their kiss, while the sequel, To All the Boys: P.S.
