AceShowbiz - Kanye West's numerous legal troubles is affecting Kim Kardashian in some ways. If a new report is to be believed, the SKIMS founder was stressed by her former husband's legal issues.

"It's got Kim's head swirling, and she's obligated to apprise herself of the situation," a source told InTouch Weekly. "But to say she finds it sordid and stressful is an understatement."

The new report also discussed Ye's living situation as he's been spending time in Japan since June, prompting his former assistant Lauren Pisciotta's lawyer Mark Koorenny to accuse him of trying to evade legal process. "Rumors have been swirling for a while that Kanye intends to relocate to Tokyo and renegotiate his custody terms with Kim because he’ll want the kids to travel there frequently once he's settled," the source claimed.

Kim apparently isn't the only one who isn't happy with Ye living in Tokyo. The "Vulture" rapper's wife Bianca Censori allegedly "is sick of hopping from hotel to hotel and from city to city" as she wants "stability" in her marriage to the hip-hop star.

"She has been doing this their entire marriage," the insider further said of the Yeezy architectural designer. It's also said that the Australian native has "not had any stability since she married Kanye, and with the lawsuit, she is stressed."

Meanwhile, Lauren's attorney recently asked the court if the case can proceed despite Ye's absence. "Plaintiff will apply to the court ex parte in early December 2024 with a declaration regarding attempted service and the request to serve via publication," so he wrote.

In her lawsuit, Lauren, who worked for Ye from 2021 to 2022, accuses the musician of wrongful termination and sexual assault. She also claimed that the "Gold Digger" emcee sexually assaulted her at a party held by Sean "P. Diddy" Combs.
