AceShowbiz - During her performance of "Who's Afraid of Little Old Me" at her "Eras Tour" stop at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans, Taylor Swift's reflective silver platform, dubbed the "Tayoomba," stopped working after the first verse and chorus. Social media reports suggest the malfunction was a last-minute issue.

Instead of singing from the platform as usual, Swift performed both "Who's Afraid of Little Old Me" and "Down Bad" from the floor of the stage. Videos show a lowered section where the platform should have been.

Despite the technical difficulty, Swift delivered an emotional performance, scream-singing and stomping around the stage. She then jumped off the halted platform and danced down the catwalk. Her dancers pushed the malfunctioning machinery to the exit point.

For "Down Bad", Swift kneeled in the center of the diamond instead of floating in an infinity sign on the platform. However, the animation of the infinity sign still played out on the stage.

Swift has three more cities left on her Eras Tour before it wraps on December 8 in Vancouver, Canada.
