AceShowbiz - Justin Timberlake has decided to push back several US shows on his current Forget Tomorrow world tour after falling ill with bronchitis and laryngitis.
The singer shared the update on Instagram, writing, "Hey guys, I haven't been feeling great the last few shows, and it turns out I have bronchitis and laryngitis. I'm so sorry to say I do need to reschedule the next few shows from 10/23 through 11/2."
Six dates on the calendar, originally scheduled for October and November, have been reshuffled. The postponed shows in Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Ohio will now take place in February 2025.
This is not the first time Timberlake has had to postpone shows on his current tour. In early October, he canceled a concert in Newark, New Jersey, due to an undisclosed injury. Four months prior, he was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI) in the Hamptons.
As part of a plea deal in the DUI case, Timberlake pleaded guilty to driving with impaired ability, avoiding a criminal record. He paid a $500 fine and agreed to do a public service video for Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
Despite the setbacks, Timberlake's mammoth world tour, spanning 115 shows across 15 months, is expected to continue. The tour began in Vancouver in April and is scheduled to end in Paris in July 2025.
