Rapper 50 Cent's long-awaited docuseries delving into the sexual assault and violence allegations against Sean 'Diddy' Combs is officially in production at Netflix.

AceShowbiz - 50 Cent, who has been a vocal critic of Sean "P. Diddy" Combs for years, announced on social media that his project has found a home at Netflix. The docuseries will be directed by Alexandria Stapleton, who previously helmed the Netflix documentary "Hello, Privilege. It's Me, Chelsea", and FX's docuseries "Pride".
In a joint statement, 50 Cent and Stapleton said, "This is a story with significant human impact. It is a complex narrative spanning decades, not just the headlines or clips seen so far. We remain steadfast in our commitment to give a voice to the voiceless and to present authentic and nuanced perspectives."
The two also emphasized that "Sean Combs' story is not the full story of hip-hop and its culture. We aim to ensure that individual actions do not overshadow the culture's broader contributions."
50 Cent first announced his plans for the docuseries in December 2022, with proceeds going to "victims of sexual assault and rape." At that time, four women - including Combs' former girlfriend and label signee Cassie - had filed sexual assault lawsuits.
Combs was arrested and indicted last week on federal charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and transportation to engage in prostitution. He has pleaded not guilty and remains in custody after being denied bail.
