According to PEOPLE, Janssen proposed to Bellino on Tuesday, August 27, during a getaway to the San Ysidro Ranch in Santa Barbara, California. A rep for the couple confirmed the engagement, saying, "John & Alexis are happily engaged, and look forward to their long future together as husband and wife."

Bellino and Janssen first met in November 2023 at The Quiet Woman in Orange County. They made their official relationship public in December of that year.
