AceShowbiz - Lauryn "Pumpkin" Efird, 24, has seemingly moved on amid her ongoing divorce from Josh Efird. On August 10, she shared a photo on Facebook with a man named Darrin Kitchens. Wearing casual attire, she stayed close to Darrin who was dressed in cowboy boots and a baseball cap.
In the caption, she expressed her excitement about attending a concert by country singer Zach Bryan. She added, "How lucky are we," a nod to Bryan's hit single along with a love emoji.
According to Darrin's Facebook profile, he is single, hails from Macon, Georgia, and works as an equipment operator.
Lauryn and Josh Efird married in 2018, a year after they welcomed their first daughter, Ella. They went on to have three more children: Bentley, Sylus, and Stella. In 2022, they gained custody of Lauryn's younger sister, Alana "Honey Boo Boo" Thompson.
In December 2023, Lauryn's sister Anna "Chickadee" Cardwell passed away from cancer. The family considered taking in Anna's daughter Kaitlyn, but ultimately, she went to live with June Shannon and her husband after Anna's death.
Lauryn and Josh's divorce was confirmed on August 2. The settlement includes joint custody of their children and divides medical expenses and extracurricular activities. No alimony was granted, and Josh must remove his personal belongings from their home within 60 days.
