It is reported that the 'All Too Well' hitmaker's team has stated that they plan to continue working on the remaining tour dates after canceling concerts in Vienna, Austria.

AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift's "Eras Tour" concerts in Vienna, Austria, have been canceled after authorities uncovered an alleged ISIS-linked terrorist plot targeting large gatherings. Two suspects were arrested on Wednesday, August 7, with one, a 19-year-old Austrian, believed to have pledged allegiance to ISIS in July.

Austrian Director General for Public Safety Franz Ruf said preparatory actions for an attack were detected, with a focus on Swift's concerts at Vienna's Ernst Happel Stadium. "We have no choice but to cancel the three scheduled shows for everyone's safety," Barracuda Music, the concert promoter, stated. "All tickets will be automatically refunded."

Franz Ruf emphasized, "A concrete threat has been averted. The suspected perpetrator was focused on the Taylor Swift concerts." Austrian Chancellor Karl Nehammer expressed disappointment but added, "The threat was recognized early, combated, and a tragedy prevented."

The suspects were believed to have radicalized online and allegedly possessed chemical substances that are being analyzed. Investigations are ongoing to determine if they had plans to produce an explosive device.

Information about the plot originated from U.S. intelligence and was shared with Austrian authorities and Europol. Sources believe the plot was inspired by ISIS but not directly directed by its operatives.

Swift was scheduled to perform in Vienna on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. The cancellations have caused disappointment among fans, but Swift's team has stated that they plan to continue working on the remaining tour dates, according to The U.S. Sun.

Before the concerts were canceled, authorities had planned to implement enhanced security measures, including increased police presence, video surveillance and special law enforcement units.
