AceShowbiz - Megan Thee Stallion stopped by "Celebrity Family Feud" for the Tuesday, July 9 premiere for the ABC game show. Looking gorgeous in a red dress, Megan brought her entourage to go against Ne-Yo and his clan in the new episode. However, a question caught viewers' attention.
In a clip circulating online, host Steve Harvey could be seen throwing a question to Megan and Ne-Yo as they were ready to hit the buzz. "Name something you've done to your mate's feet," Steve said.
Megan, who hit the buzz first, answered, "Massage!" The "Sweetest Pie" femcee's answer appeared to be the top response with 50 out of the 100 replies. The "Savage" raptress looked excited with the result as she returned to her place to continue the game.
Fans, however, was not happy with the question, which many thought could be triggering for Megan. People thought it was referring to Megan's infamous shooting incident with then-boyfriend Tory Lanez, who shot her in the foot as they left Kylie Jenner's party in Los Angeles back in 2020.
Blasting the show for the question, one commented on Instagram, "Why did that have to be the question tho? Who's the writer? They should be ashamed but I love how she handled it." Similarly, one person added, "It bothers me they keep dragging this with her. She don't deserve that."
Some others applauded Meg for her response to the question. "She is that girl - acted like she ain't even realize- she is me," a fan gushed. Another noted, "That feet question could've been very triggering but big ups to Meg for letting it fly." Someone added, "It's the way she still living DESPITE whatever gets said about her. Can't deny that she's winning bc right now, we see her everywhere. Go Meg, go Meg."
Megan's appearance on "Celebrity Family Feud" came amid rumors that she's dating NBA star Klay Thompson. The Grammy Award winner and the athlete allegedly were glued to each other while attending Michael Rubin's 4th of July party.
Sources told Media Take Out that the alleged pair arrived together. The pair also hung out and danced the night away before eventually leaving together.
