"Yesterday we got pulled over by LAPD," the 21-year-old wrote on Instagram Story on Wednesday, June 12. "They eventually released us and explained they were looking for a similar vehicle that matched the description of a car involved in criminal activity. We are okay but a bit shaken up. Luckily my daughter was not in the vehicle at the time."

Bhabie and her boyfriend Le Vaughn were detained by Los Angeles police on Tuesday. However, it turned out that they were looking for someone else.

Sources told TMZ that the femcee had been driving her Mercedes when she was tailed by 3 patrol cars as she pulled into the gas station. Luckily, she was detained for a brief period before being let go following an investigation.

That aside, Bhabie has been enjoying her motherhood journey after welcoming her first child in March. She announced her pregnancy in December 2023 and prior to the the baby's arrival, she revealed that she had picked a name for her little one. "The name doesn't really have any specific meaning. [Le Vaughn's] mom picked the middle name and I had a list of five names I liked, and Kali was one of them. I thought that Love went good with Kali," she shared to PEOPLE.

In an interview with the magazine, the "These Heaux" raptress also addressed haters who thought she's not ready to become a mother. "I even see people saying, 'Oh, I don't think she's ready. I don't think she's ready,' " she said. "It's like, 'How can you, from your computer screen, determine if I'm ready to be a mother or not?' I don't even be on [social media], so how can you determine that? You know? It's just kind of off."
