AceShowbiz - Salma Hayek has proven that she is a supportive friend to Madonna. The "Magic Mike's Last Dance" actress was showered with praise by the "Material Girl" hitmaker after making a surprise appearance at the singer's recent concert.

On Sunday, April 28, the 65-year-old Queen of Pop voiced her appreciation to the 57-year-old actress for joining her onstage at her "magical" show. Making use of Instagram, she gushed in the caption of her new post, "The last show of the tour ended in Mexico City in the most magical way."

Making a reference to Salma, Madonna went on to say, "Frida Kahlo came to visit and made me the happiest girl in the world.! Not only was my show complete in Mexico- but my entire artistic career!!" She went on to praise, "For she has always been my Eternal Muse Cheering me on through the good Times and the bad."

The "Like a Prayer" songstress further stated, "Thank You @salmahayek for making it possible. and Thank You to my fans, not only in Mexico but all over the World. We did it together!! 80 shows!" She then concluded, "I feel Love #vogue," adding a slew of red heart and flame emojis.

The post came a few days after Madonna entertained her devotees in Mexico City. On Friday, April 26, she took the stage at the Palacio De Los Deportes to deliver her songs, including "Vogue" that was released back in 1990. For the particular performance, she invited Salma, who portrayed Frida Kahlo in "Frida", to join her on the stage.

While Madonna was singing the song, Salma stepped on the stage and was approached by the singer, who shouted, "Frida Kahlo." Madonna and Salma shared a tight hug before being joined by a number of dancers, including those who performed erotic dance moves in front of the two. Later on, they took several group photos with who appeared to be Madonna's children before Salma left the stage.
