The 'Real Housewives of Orange County' alum is reportedly in a relationship with her former castmate's ex-boyfriend despite 'not using labels like boyfriend or girlfriend' yet.

AceShowbiz - Alexis Bellino appeared to have started a romantic relationship with John Janssen. The former cast member of "The Real Housewives of Orange County" reportedly shares "mutual attraction" with the former boyfriend of her ex-castmate Shannon Beador.
On Tuesday, December 5, several sources spilled to a number of media outlets that Alexis and John are dating. Speaking to PEOPLE, one of the sources, who claimed to be close to the two, revealed, "Currently, they're not using labels like boyfriend or girlfriend, but they've been spending a lot of time together and have been enjoying learning about each other."
About how Alexis and John got closer with each other after hanging out several times, the source explained, "The two have been supportive companions as they navigate newly single life. This common background paired with a mutual attraction has made it easy for Alexis and John to form a natural connection."
Giving more information about Alexis and John's new romance was an insider, who told Page Six that the 46-year-old reality TV star and John are "still getting to know each other." In addition, another insider spoke to All About the Real Housewives, "Alexis got out of a relationship not very long ago and John has been done with Shannon so they are both in the same place and have a lot in common along with mutual friends."
Alexis and John sparked romance rumors after their PDA-filled photo made its way online. He was wrapping his arm around her shoulder as they sat close next to each other and widely smiled at the camera, as seen in a photo uploaded in a joint post via Instagram by her pals on November 19.
However, Alexis, through her representative and publicist Spencer Lubitz, insisted that she and John were not together. "Alexis and John have so much in common that it's easy to see why they are quickly becoming friends. [They] happened to be at The Quiet Woman at the same time when they initially met and a friendship was born. Orange County is a small place so it's not surprising they would cross paths," the rep told Page Six on November 21.
In the wake of the dating rumors, Alexis' former castmate and John's ex-girlfriend Shannon appeared to have reacted to the matter. That same day, 59-year-old Shannon wrote via Instagram, "A good laugh heals a lot of hurt," adding a black heart emoji.
Previously, Alexis was married to Jim Bellino for more than one decade before splitting in 2018. Meanwhile, John dated Shannon for four years before going their separate ways in 2022. Though so, the two remained on good terms as they hung out several times following her DUI as well as hit-and-run arrest in September.
