Apologetic Nardo Wick Claims He Tried to Stop His Entourage From Attacking a Fan in Tampa

The incident took place after the 'Who Want Smoke' spitter left Club Skye in Tampa, Florida, at around 1:15 A.M. ET early Monday, November 27 following a performance.

AceShowbiz - Nardo Wick has denounced the attack done by his entourage on a fan in Tampa, Florida. In a statement following the incident, the "Who Want Smoke" spitter revealed that he already apologized to the victim and his mother, adding that he had tried to stop his team from being violent.

"I don't condone what happened to my fan George after my show in any type of way," the emcee wrote in a note shared on Instagram on Tuesday, November 28. "I expressed to him and his mama how sorry and concerned I was that it happened to him, multiple times before anything was even posted or on the internet."

Nardo went on to divulge, "I sent his mama my number instantly the night it happened. I was even gone make a post to try to find out who he was before his mama text me." He added, "I cant control another grown man actions, I ain't know that was gone happen, and I was mad when it happened."

"I tried to stop it as u can see in the video, and if somebody got the longer video you can see how mad I was," he further elaborated. "I love and appreciate all my fans and don't condone in what happened at all dat s**t ain't gangsta or cool in no type of way."

The incident took place after Nardo left Club Skye in Tampa, Florida at around 1:15 A.M. ET early Monday following a performance. In a video obtained by TMZ, a man sporting a "Free Tory" shirt could be seen making his way to a sprinter with his phone in hand.

As he walked over to a group, which seemed to consist of Nardo and his team, the fan was struck on the side of his head by a member of the crew. The video saw a second punch from a different individual that caused the man to fall and hit his head on the ground.

TMZ reported that the man was later transported to a local hospital. He was treated for a severe concussion and some brain hemorrhaging. He is reportedly in critical but stable condition as of Tuesday.

A social media user who claimed to be George's mother was furious upon learning of the incident. "I want everyone to see what these mother f**kers did to my son," she fumed on Facebook. "At no point was my son aggressive at no point did he show any sign of harm!!! My son wanted a stupid f**kin picture with his favorite artist !!! And This is what he gets!!! I am sick to my stomach thinking about how this could have turned out!!!"
