AceShowbiz - Influencer Danielle Bernstein shut down claims that she used a filter to edit her abs. On Tuesday, June 13, the WeWoreWhat founder clarified the accusations while putting the blame on Instagram glitches.

Danielle took to Instagram Story to respond to a follower who wrote on her DM, "Girl I love you but your filter is glitching HARD here. Just be YOU!" Replying to the message, Danielle said, "I shouldn't even be addressing this but I don't use filters on my videos."

She added, "I take [my videos] directly on my iPhone and upload and most times through instagram direct - you guys are crayyyyy." The 31-year-old continued, "My abs are my abs, sometimes they show more than others, defending if I'm flexing, the angle, the lighting etc…"

Denying that she faked her abs, Danielle wrote, "If only I had the time for that much editing lol. Also the zoom feature on insta stories glitches all the timeee.. Sorry you haven't caught me doing anything here!"

It wasn't the first time the fashion influencer received backlash from the public. The embattled influencer was accused of having copied indie designers. Last year, she was also slammed for her "tone deaf" Instagram caption that appeared to use the Ukraine-Russia conflict to help raise her company's visibility.

Danielle wasn't the only one who faced accusation of digitally altering her pictures online. Kardashian-Jenner family are often slammed for their alleged Photoshop fails. Most recently, Kim Kardashian was questioned over a pic that appeared to be missing a finger.

Back in April, Jenna Bush Hager condemned the use of filters on social media. "Y'all, are we turning everybody into a Kardashian? Is that the point?" she said on "Today with Hoda & Jenna". "We look so fake!"
