AceShowbiz - Taylor Swift seemingly opens up about her breakup with Joe Alwyn in one of her new songs. The Grammy-winning singer is believed to reveal the reasons behind their split in a track called "You're Losing Me", which appears on her "Midnights (The Til Dawn Edition)" album.

"You say, 'I don't understand,' and I say, 'I know you don't," the 33-year-old sings in the first verse. "We thought a cure would come through in time; now, I fear it won't."

In the pre-chorus, Taylor wonders, "Do I throw out everything we built or keep it?" She continues, "I'm getting tired even for a phoenix/ Always risin' from the ashes/ Mendin' all her gashes/ You might just have dealt the final blow."

"Stop, you're losing me," Taylor repeatedly chants in the chorus. "My heart won't start anymore for you/ 'Cause you're losing me."

Taylor continues voicing her frustration by singing in the second verse, "Every mornin', I glared at you with storms in my еyes/ How can you say that you love someone you can't tell is dyin'?/ I sent you signals and bit my nails down to the quick/ My face was gray, but you wouldn't admit that we were sick." Before finishing off the song, she declares, "I wouldn't marry me either/ A pathological people pleaser/ Who only wanted you to see her."

Taylor and Joe had been dating for six years before news of their breakup broke in April. While neither of them has confirmed the reports, fans believe that the pop superstar alluded to it during her first night back on tour since their split reports.
