The 'Boss B***h' rapper is sued by a woman who claims he still owes her $25k after agreeing to a $35k hush money to keep her pregnancy a secret from his fiancee Tori Brixx.

AceShowbiz - Rich the Kid has broken his silence after he is slapped with a lawsuit over unpaid hush money. The Queens native has spoken up after a photo of him visiting a woman he allegedly paid to keep her pregnancy a secret surfaced online.
In a screenshot taken from a Ring camera, the "Feelin' Like Tunechi" emcee was seen standing in front of the woman's door. After The Neighborhood Talk posted the picture, Rich the Kid jumped in the comment to call a cap on it, writing, "S**t is a bunch of [a cap emoji" with several face with tears of joy emojis.
The photo emerged after a woman, who goes under the alias Jane Doe, filed a lawsuit against Rich the Kid in a Massachusetts court. The woman claimed she met the rapper when he held a private event at a hotel in Boston following his concert in January of this year.
At the post-concert event, they allegedly "engaged in unprotected sexual relations at the request" of Rich the Kid. The lawsuit also states, "On Jan. 28 and Jan. 29, Rich the Kid assaulted Doe, aggressively and without permission, touched Doe and attempted to prevent Doe from leaving the Boston, Massachusetts hotel."
Rich the Kid is accused of having "violently grabbed Doe and removed her coat to prevent her from leaving the hotel" and that the rapper committed battery against Doe. The woman left the hotel but was allegedly followed by Rich the Kid, who entered Doe's Uber.
Doe let Rich the Kid stay in the Uber, which took them to the woman's place. There, they once again engaged in unprotected sexual intercourse, which resulted in Doe getting pregnant. In court docs obtained by Radar Online, she provided a photo of the hip-hop star outside her home on the Ring camera.
Doe said she wanted to keep the baby, but ultimately aborted it after conversing with Rich the Kid. She noted that he is engaged to Tori Brixx and he wanted to keep their sexual escapade under wraps from his fiancee. They allegedly entered into a settlement with her and he agreed to pay her $35,000 on March 29.
The suit states, "Desperate to keep his sexual encounters with Doe a secret from Brixx, in addition to having Doe (1) forgo a claim for assault and battery and to (2) forgo Doe's contemplation of taking her pregnancy to full term, RTK and Doe entered into a Settlement Agreement ('Agreement') executed on March 29-30, 2023, which provided for financial payments to Doe by RTK."
Rich the Kid reportedly signed off on the deal but only made two payments and still owes Doe $25,000. In the lawsuit, she accused the 30-year-old of violating the terms of their deal and demanded he pay the rest of the money.
