While many people are disappointed by the 'Thinkin Bout You' rapper's underwhelming performance at the music festival, the Canadian superstar is impressed by it.

AceShowbiz - Justin Bieber loves Frank Ocean's performance at the 2023 Coachella. While many people expected more from the latter, the "Yummy" hitmaker praised the "Thinkin Bout You" rapper in a social media post.

On Monday, April 17, the 29-year-old shared on Instagram a picture from Frank's performance, which was a documentary-style photo of his face enlarged on a big screen. The Canadian crooner kicked off the caption, "I was blown away by Frank Oceans Coachella performance."

"His artistry is simply unmatched, his style, his taste, his voice, his attention to detail.. I was deeply moved," he further gushed. "It made me want to keep going and get better as an artist. He continues to set the bar high and gave me a night I will never forget! Thanks Frank."

Frank performed at Coachella while suffering a serious ankle injury after being involved in a bike accident. According to TMZ, the incident took place when he was rehearsing his set but he was not onstage when it happened.

Billed as the final act on Sunday night, the Long Beach native appeared onstage nearly an hour late. He was actually set to begin his set at 10:05 P.M., but it didn't begin until around 10:55 P.M., nearly an hour before the festival's usual 12 A.M. curfew.

Frank reportedly was lethargic throughout his set. He then cut his set short after performing a cover of The Isley Brothers' "At Your Best (You Are Love)". "Guys, I'm being told it's curfew, so that's the end of the show. Thank you so much," he told the audience before leaving the stage, leading fans to boo him.
