AceShowbiz - "Teen Mom" star Ryan Edwards' wife Mackenzie has called it quits with him. According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly, Mackenzie filed for divorce on Monday, February 27 after six years of marriage.
It was also reported that Mackenzie, who previously had an order of protection against him, was granted a restraining order. The 27-year-old was additionally given temporary custody of their son Jagger (4) and daughter Stella (3).
Meanwhile, Ryan is currently wanted by cops for "stalking" and "violating a protective order" that Mackenzie filed against him. The U.S. Sun claimed on Sunday that Tennessee police filed the warrants on February 23, less than two weeks after he was initially arrested for harassing Mackenzie.
Ryan was booked on February 10 for harassment, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance and order of protection violation. Before he was taken into custody, Ryan posted a photo of Mackenzie's bare chest to his social media account. In the caption, he wrote, "If you guys have never seen a spineless slut this is one. They take your money sleep with anything that looks at them. But they must have a wife to [sic]. God what a joke. It's sad really."
The next morning, Mackenzie went to the police and detailed a series of alleged domestic violence incidents that have occurred since they tied the knot in 2017. While recalling an alleged fight from early January, Mackenzie shared, "Arguing, Ryan punched holes in the walls and doors. [He] held me up by my neck to the wall. Threw me down in hallway and said if he could not have me no one could."
She continued, "Opened pocket knife, put to my back like he was going to kill me. This was in front of children. I tried to leave, he smashed my phone, took my car keys." She also noted that her co-worker called the police.
"[He] came into bedroom where I was laying down. Pretending like he's going to punch my face. Breaks bed with me in it. Getting in my face yelling," Mackenzie explained. "I went to get kids and leave. He wouldn't let me leave. Threw me down in living room."
Mackenzie also claimed that Ryan, who also shares 14-year-old son Bentley with "16 & Pregnant" star Maci Bookout, threw menthol nicotine in her eyes and threatened to punch her in the face in a separate incident.
