On the fourth day of court testimony, Kelsey Nicole Harris insists that Tory 'didn't pay [her] anything' and that she doesn't remember a physical altercation between her and the Hot Girl Meg.

AceShowbiz - Megan Thee Stallion's former best friend Kelsey Nicole Harris is back on the stand for her fourth day of testimony in Tory Lanez's trial for allegedly shooting the Hot Girl Meg. After many believed that Kelsey took the hush money Tory allegedly offered her, she's now denying the speculations.

When making an appearance in Los Angeles court on Thursday, December 15, Kelsey insisted that Tory didn't pay her off. Under cross-examination, Tory's attorney asked Kelsey if Tory paid her anything and she said, "No. I want to make it very clear ... Tory didn't pay me anything."

That was pretty much her longest response all day. Earlier, the prosecution asked if she remembered telling them during a September interview "that Tory tried to bribe" her. In response, she said, "I don't remember what I said in September."

Elsewhere during the testimony, Kelsey still had a bad case of courtroom amnesia. Tory's attorney asked her about the fact police said she had gunshot residue on her hands. Reacting to the question, she said she wasn't sure where it came from, saying, "I just know I had it."

Kelsey also acknowledged she and Megan did have a physical altercation in the SUV, but she tried to downplay it, saying they were drunk and "probably just bumped each other." As for reports that they were yelling at each other outside of the vehicle, she would only admit they both got out at the same time.

Earlier in the day, prosecutors presented texts Kelsey sent immediately after the shooting. Some of the messages described that Tory physically attacked her and one text read, "Tory shot Meg." Kelsey, however, said she'd sent the texts in a panic, hinting that she didn't remember sending them at all.

Since Kelsey repeatedly said she can't remember things that happened during the incident on the stand, the judge said prosecutors can play the 80-minute recording of her September interview with prosecutors, during which she said that Tory tried to bribe her.

During the third day of the shooting trial in Los Angeles court, prosecutor Kathy Ta asked Kelsey if Tory had threatened to shoot her. However, she refused to answer questions by taking the Fifth. In September, she testified that Tory threatened to shoot her.

Later, Kelsey testified that Megan was "acting out and drunk" at the party, which was held at Kylie Jenner's house on July 12, 2020. Kelsey also addressed accusations that she shot the Houston Hottie, calling the theory "ridiculous."

Elsewhere during the testimony, Kelsey asked for immunity. It was granted even after the District Attorney swore they had no intent to prosecute her. Kelsey spent a little less than 40 minutes on the stand, saying a lot of her memory of the party was "blurry" because of alcohol consumption.

However, it's now reported that lawyers reminded Kelsey that her immunity doesn't protect her from a perjury charge. "Lawyers have also reminded Kelsey (repeatedly) that her immunity doesn't protect her from a perjury charge but this has seemed more like a tactic to setup subsequent questions than a threat," tweeted L.A. Times reporter James Queally.

The trial over the shooting incident involving Megan and Tory began on Monday, December 12. Tory, born Daystar Shemuel Shua Peterson, is facing three felony counts and could face up to 23 years in prison if convicted.
