On Tuesday, July 5, the 38-year-old reality star turned to her TikTok page to share a clip from her birthday bash. In the clip, which has since garnered nearly 7 million views and 1 million likes, she could be seen wearing a skin-tight latex tank pink dress. "You have a crush?" said a woman in the audio, to which the Good American founder replied, "Yes."

After the woman in the audio asked, "Can I see your crush please?" Khloe could be seen holding her 4-year-old daughter True Thompson and posing with the little girl in front of pink "Happy Birthday Khloe" balloons.

In the comment section, her fans asked whether Khloe is doing okay as she looked thinner and older. "Doesn't even look like khloe anymore," one fan commented. Another added, "What happen to you? I'm worried. This looks like anorexia signs." A third wrote, "I literally didn't recognize you anymore."

"Why she looks older than [Kris Jenner]?" a fourth questioned, with someone else noting, "She looks sick." A separate person chimed in, "She needs helps. Being that skinny is unhealthy."

Others, meanwhile, believed that Khloe lost some pounds after Tristan Thompson's infidelity and paternity drama. "Cmon Tristan, look what you've done to this girl," one person said. Another suggested, "Khloe please leave Tristan."

The clip came after it's reported that she has been seeing a private equity investor introduced to her by her older sister Kim Kardashian. "Khloe has moved on and is happy in her new relationship, which is still in its early stages," a source said.

However, the insider noted that Khloe's serial cheater ex Tristan "would want nothing more than to be back with Khloe, so of course, there's jealousy there." The informant went on to add that Tristan has tried "countless times" to reclaim the affections of Khloe but to no avail, as she's confident the relationship is over and that they're "strictly" co-parenting at this stage.

"Tristan has tried several times to win Kourtney back but she's done with him for good romantically. They are strictly co-parenting.
