Words are the 'Saturday Night Live' star has been 'an incredible support' to the reality TV star since she learned that the twelve suspects will soon stand trial for the 2016 armed heist.

AceShowbiz - Pete Davidson and Kim Kardashian's relationship may be new, but it already faces some trials, particularly due to her personal issue. The comedian has reportedly been expected to step up as a supportive boyfriend for the reality TV star as she is dreading the upcoming trial for her 2016 Paris robbery.

The twelve suspects in the case are set to stand trial for the armed heist and Kim is reportedly terrified of the prospect of having to relive the robbery if she is called as a witness. "Kim's tried so hard to move on from that night but it still comes back to haunt her when she least expects it," a source tells Closer UK. "The thought of having to relive it all in court if she is called as a witness is terrifying."

But Pete has apparently shown how reliable he can be as a boyfriend. "Pete's already been an incredible support to Kim since she learned about the trial," the source says of the "Saturday Night Live" star.

"He has been giving her practical advice but he's also a comfort to her emotionally," the source adds of Pete. As to how Kim tries to deal with it, the source dishes, "Kim knows it's not going to be easy, but she's trying to focus on the future."

Kim was in Paris for the city Fashion Week in October 2016 when thieves broke into her hotel room and tied her up at gunpoint before locking her in a bathroom. They were believed to get away with $10 million of stolen items.

In a 2017 episode of her reality show "Keeping Up with the Kardashians", the SKIMS founder opened up about the ordeal. "They ask for money. I said I don't have any money," she recalled in front of her sisters. "They dragged me out onto the hallway on top of the stairs. That's when I saw the gun clear, like clear as day. I was kind of looking at the gun, looking down back at the stairs."

"I was like; 'I have a split second in my mind to make this quick decision,' " she continued. "Am I going to run down the stairs and either be shot in the back? It makes me so upset to think about it. Either they're going to shoot me in the back, or if I make it and they don't, if the elevator does not open in time, or the stairs are locked, then like I'm f**ked. There's no way out."

French police initially arrested 17 suspects in connection with the robbery on January 9, but only 12 are facing trial. Aomar Ait Khedache, who is an alleged mastermind, wrote an apology letter to Kim from his prison cell, saying he regrets his actions and realizes the psychological damage he caused.
