In the lawsuit filed by over 125 fans, the 'SICKO MODE' hitmaker along with Drake, Apple and Live Nation are blamed for not properly planning and conducting the concert.

AceShowbiz - Travis Scott (II) is now facing hundreds of millions worth of lawsuits. The "Goosebumps" rapper needs to answer to a massive $750 million lawsuit brought against him by more than 125 fans after the deadly Astroworld Festival.

On Tuesday, November 16 over 125 fans filed a petition against the 30-year-old rapper, Drake, Apple as well as Live Nation totaling $750 million. The lawsuit was filed by Houston attorney Tony Buzzbee.

In the legal document, Travis and the concert organizers were blamed for the negligence of planning and failing to properly train security. The lawsuit claimed the $750 million is meant to cover both physical and mental health injuries as well as the loss of life.

"No amount of money will ever make these Plaintiffs whole; no amount of money can restore human life," Tony said. The attorney further explained, "But, the damages sought in this case attempts to fix, help, or make up for the harms and losses suffered by these Plaintiffs -- nothing more and nothing less."

Travis and Live Nation offered refunds almost immediately to concertgoers and the lawsuit addresses that offer. Tony called it "a transparent and grotesque effort of the Defendants to limit their liability, after the fact, to the families of those killed or injured."

Astroworld Festival killed ten people. As a result, the tragedy left W magazine "desperately trying" to keep his cover with Kylie Jenner off the newsstand. A source told Page Six that the publication staffs have done everything they can to scrap the photos and interview with the couple.

"W editors have cleared any planned coverage of Travis and Kylie from their website, but the magazine was already printed, and now they are trying to stop the delivery trucks," the insider revealed. "In the light of what happened at Astroworld, the interview and cover lines seem inappropriate, to say the least."

The former "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star, who is pregnant with their second child, as well as their daughter Stormi attended the concert that turned deadly after the crowd "surged" towards the stage. In the wake of the horrific event, the "SICKO MODE" rapper has been hit with hundreds of lawsuits that will reportedly lose him billions.
