AceShowbiz - Cardi B has shown remorse over her recent remarks. Having called out rappers who made too much "depressing" music, the "WAP" hitmaker issued her apology, claiming that she "worded things wrong."

The femcee offered her clarification via Twitter on Monday, November 1. "I just want a balance sorry if I worded things wrong. I just love music that drop hard and turn the club up like [Meek Mill's 'Dreams and Nightmares' and Tee Grizzley's 'First Day Out']. A perfect balance of rap and turn up."

Cardi also retweeted a fan's post about the point she was trying to make. The tweet read, "ain't lie… that's why y'all mad. The point she made is: MAKE A SONG FOR DIFFERENT MOODS! Everybody ain't tryna be 'hardcore 24/7'. The ladies wanna DANCE."

This arrived after Cardi shared her thoughts about the music being played in the clubs these days. "I know what n***as is missing in the club, me," she first said during an Instagram Live. "They missing me, they missing my music. And now that I'm in the game and everything and I be seeing all these muthaf**kas on Twitter like, 'You need to have rap, you need to have bars, you need to have this...' "

"I want to make music to turn the f**k up. 'Cause when I go to the club, that's what n***as wanna hear," the wife of Offset continued. "N***as ain't hearing no...I feel like we keep hearing the same song over and over and over again."

Cardi then claimed, "These rappers nowadays, all of them wanna die." She further argued, "All these n***as need to stop doing lean and smoking weed. You know, this the thing about these rappers, right? They get money and they start buying too much muthaf**kin' weed, and too much lean and they make that slow s**t. The club needs me. The strippers need me. The h*es need me. The muthaf**kin' get money n***as need me... I wanna shake my a**."
