Proving that she maintains a good relationship with the 'Troy' actor, the 'Friends' star says in a new interview that they 'had fun' during 'Fast Times at Ridgemont High' table read where she called him 'honey.'

AceShowbiz - Jennifer Aniston has proved that she could maintain a healthy friendship with her ex-husband Brad Pitt. In a new interview, the "Friends" alum insisted that "there's no oddness" with the "Once Upon A Time...In Hollywood" actor as they remain "buddies."

On Wednesday, June 23, the 5-year-old talked to Howard Stern on SiriusXM's "The Howard Stern Show" about her friendship with her ex-husband. "It was absolutely fun. Brad and I are buddies, we're friends," the actress shared about her reunion with the "Troy" actor in September 2020 for a live table reading of 1982's "Fast Times at Ridgemont High". She added, "And we speak, and there's no oddness at all."

"Except for everyone that probably watched it and was wanting there to be, or assumed there to be," Jennifer continued. The "We're the Millers" actress, who appeared in the interview alongside her "Friends" co-stars Lisa Kudrow and Courteney Cox, then recalled, "We had fun, and it was for a great cause." The event raised money for two different organizations, Sean Penn's emergency relief organization CORE and criminal justice nonprofit Reform Alliance.

During the star-studded table read of the Sean Penn-starring classic film, both Jennifer and Brad greeted each other in an adorable way. "Hi Aniston," the "World War Z" actor said, to which the smiley actress replied, "Hi Pitt." They then exchanged friendly "how you doings" with "The Morning Show" star, at one point, calling him "honey."

Of their relationship, Jennifer was married to Brad from 2000 to 2005. The "Mr. & Mrs. Smith" actor guest-starred in a 2001 episode of her sitcom "Friends". Following his split from Angelina Jolie, the former couple has since rekindled their friendship, with the 57-year-old actor attending her 50th birthday celebration in 2019.

In May, Jennifer mentioned Brad as one of her favorite "Friends" guest stars. During a sit-down with Access Hollywood, the Rachel Green depicter in ohe comedy show gushed over her ex-husband, saying, "Mr. Pitt was wonderful," while she was asked to name the most memorable guest.

Jennifer herself has just revealed that she is currently not looking to walk down the aisle again, but she hopes to find a "fantastic partner." The actress said of getting married for the third time during an interview for PEOPLE magazine's July issue, "Oh God, I don't know." She noted, "It's not on my radar. I'm interested in finding a fantastic partner and just living an enjoyable life and having fun with one another. That's all we should hope for. It doesn't have to be etched in stone in legal documents."
