One of the most notorious things was her decision to get lip fillers. Now, the 23-year-old has gotten candid about the reason why she went through the cosmetic procedure.

In the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" reunion show, "The Final Curtain Part 1" that aired on Thursday, June 17, the reality TV star admitted her ex-boyfriend's criticism led to her decision to get lip fillers for the first time. "My love for makeup started with my insecurity with my lips. And I didn't ever think about it until I had one of my first kisses," she broke down her beauty journey while speaking to host Andy Cohen.

Kylie recalled, "A guy said to me, 'Oh, my God, you're such a good kisser, but you have such small lips,' or something like that." The star, who has since built a business empire with Kylie Cosmetics, revealed how the criticism deprived her of self-esteem, "And then, from then... from then on, I felt... unkissable."

The mother of one, who first began experimenting with lip fillers when she was 17, continued, "I took that really hard. Just when a guy you like says that, I don't know, it just really affected me." She added, "I just didn't feel desirable or pretty. I really wanted bigger lips. I would overline my lips with lip liner just to create the illusion of bigger lips."

Thinking that the lip liner didn't work, she then decided to get her first lip fillers. "And then finally I was like 'this lip liner isn't doing it,' and I ended up getting my lips done," she confessed.

Kylie, however, can laugh at the debacle now, joking that she should name one of her famous lip kits after the boy who mocked her for her small lips.
