"A Week in Paradise", which will start shooting this week (beginning June 7) on the Caribbean island Nevis - according to Deadline, is based on a story by Philippe Martinez, who will also direct.

The film follow the fortunes of Akerman's movie star character, who jets off to her cousin's hotel on Nevis after discovering her film director husband's new leading lady is pregnant with his child. Akerman's real-life husband, Jack Donnelly, will play her cheating partner.

Philip Winchester will play the new love interest Malin's character meets in paradise.
