Days after she was struck down by a mystery illness, the 'America's Got Talent' judge expresses her hope that the symptoms she has been experiencing were ones from a common cold.

AceShowbiz - Sick Heidi Klum is desperate to be tested for the coronavirus after falling ill with "feverish" symptoms.

The German supermodel and TV personality had to sit out Tuesday, March 10 and Wednesday's auditions on reality show "America's Got Talent", on which she serves as a judge, after she was struck down by a mystery illness.

She has been trying to fight off the sickness in bed at home in California, but on Friday, Klum admitted she was feeling no better as she tried and failed to find a doctor able to give her a test for the COVID-19 disease.

In a video posted to her Instagram Story timeline, Klum, who struggled with a scratchy voice, explained, "It started all with a chill, feeling feverish, cough, runny nose."

"I'm just not feeling good," she shared. "I hope it's just a cold... I'd love to do the corona test (sic) but there just isn't one here. I've tried with two different doctors and I just can't get one."

Instead, Klum is isolating herself at home to avoid spreading whatever she has to others - and she's urging any sickly followers to do the same.

"Stay safe everyone!" the 46-year-old added. "Stay home if you don't feel good."

Klum's update comes shortly after "America's Got Talent" bosses announced they would continue holding the remainder of the show's auditions, although they will take place behind closed doors, without the usual live audience.

If the beauty does turn out to be suffering from COVID-19, she won't be the only celebrity to receive the diagnosis - married actors Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson, who are currently in Australia, revealed they had been infected on Wednesday.

More than 1,660 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed across the U.S., with 41 deaths recorded by authorities by Friday afternoon.
