Speaking about the sudden passing of her former co-star, the 'Beverly Hills, 90210' actress gets teary when recalling the time she mistakenly thought he was calling her on her cell phone.

AceShowbiz - Jennie Garth still hasn't accepted Luke Perry's death. She recently picked up her phone and expected him to be on the other line.

The star's former "Beverly Hills, 90210" co-star passed in March 2019 after suffering a massive stroke, and the actress admits she still hasn't moved on from the tragedy.

"The reality of it (is) I kind of refuse to let it sink in. It doesn't seem real, you know?" she told Access Hollywood.

The 47-year-old reveals she has had such difficulty accepting the loss she recently thought the actor was calling her on her cell phone, only to have to remind herself Luke will never actually call her again.

"Just yesterday, I saw a phone number pop on my phone, and I thought it said LP - and it didn't; it said JP," she added through tears. "It was someone else, but for that second... It was hard."

Garth was one of the first people to pay tribute to Perry following his death, telling People, "My heart is broken. He meant so much to so many. Such a very special person... Such a terrible loss."
