AceShowbiz - Azriel Clary has finally addressed the reason behind her decision to call it quits with R. Kelly. Setting the record straight after some assumed that she split from the disgraced singer because he didn't want her anymore, the girl made it known that she ended things with Kelly because he was a liar.

Taking to the comment section of one Instagram post, Azriel explained that Kelly was lying to both her and Joycelyn Savage. "Robert planned when and how he was going to let Joy go. If she was the 'one' she wouldn't of went 4/5 months without seeing him," she further said. "I was the only person he asked to see at visitation every time, not Joy and the only reason she is able to see him now is because I left."

She then claimed that the "I Believe I Can Fly" singer actually "didn't care for Joy, and I didn't like that he was using her and I told him that at my very last visitation to get rid of her if he didn't care, and his very last words were 'we have to feed the tiger before the tiger bites us.' Not meaning me, but him."

Azriel split from Kelly following her headline-making altercation with Joycelyn earlier this month. She reunited with her family when she accompanied Joycelyn to a court appearance in Chicago, and subsequently decided to return to the family home that she left at the age of 17 to move in with Kelly. Just a few days ago, she posted several photos with her family.

"The battle is won because she's still here, and she's still alive, she's still breathing, and though she lost a few years of her life, she's still here to tell her story," her mother, Alice Clary, said of her daughter. "The victory is won because she finally came to her sense. People don't understand she's hurt. This man lied to her for years, and she was doing what she thought a good girlfriend would do because that's what she thought she was."
