A Georgia judge sides with blogger Latasha K, who sued the 'Bodak Yellow' hitmaker over lost business and gang-threats after the raptress publicly called her out and accused her of defamation.

AceShowbiz - Cardi B has suffered a loss in a $1 million lawsuit filed by a blogger over death threats. The Bronx femcee earlier requested to have the case brought by Latasha K be dismissed, but a Georgia judge has denied the rapper's motion.

According to court documents obtained by The Blast, the judge sided with Latasha and ordered her lawsuit can move forward. The decision was made after a hearing was held, where both sides argued their case.

Latasha is a blogger who, along with Starmarie Ebony Jones, previously posted a video in which they made allegations about Cardi's sex life and drug use. The "I Like It" hitmaker then sued Latasha and Starmarie, accusing them of defamation by calling her a prostitute and claiming she had herpes.

Latasha then countersued Cardi, claiming that she lost business and received threats after the rapper "publicly defamed" her. In the court documents, Latasha admitted the rapper reached out to her privately and asked her to take the video down. She responded by offering to do an interview with her but Cardi declined.

The lawsuit states that Cardi then "began to publicly defame Ms. Kebe, referring to her as 'this blogger lady', by stating that Ms. Kebe makes up fake stories; harasses all of Cardi B's friends; constantly stalks Cardi B; falsely claims that she has legitimate sources giving her information about Cardi B; uses Cardi B's name for 'click bait'; and many other false accusations."

As a result, Latasha claims she has received threats, including gang-threats, and been forced to relocate from her home, and she's lost money from her business due to subscribers and advertisers dropping out. The blogger says she is pregnant and has been suffering from severe emotional distress, anxiety, panic, stress, insomnia, humiliation and depression. She is seeking more than a million in damages.
