AceShowbiz - Beloved 1980s TV series "Thirtysomething" is heading back to the small screen.
Creators Marshall Herskovitz and Ed Zwick are pitching a follow-up series, and network bosses are interested.
Zwick plans to direct the project, which will revolve around the 30-something children of the characters in the original show, according to Deadline sources.
Reports suggest the original cast members, including Ken Olin, Mel Harris, Melanie Mayron, and Polly Draper, have been asked to reprise their characters.
The drama picked up 13 Primetime Emmy Awards and two Golden Globes during its four-season run.
