Starring Skai Jackson, the Mike Day-directed visuals sees the Disney darling trying to escape from the 'Old Town Road' hitmaker to no avail as he always has a way to follow her.

AceShowbiz - Lil Nas X is no longer wearing his iconic cowboy hat. The rap superstar has traded the ensemble with a futuristic suit and travels to the future for the music video of his latest single "Panini" that made its way out on Thursday, September 5.

Starring Skai Jackson, the nearly two-and-a-half-minute visuals features the Disney darling trying to escape from Nas to no avail as the latter always comes up with something new to follow her. Even when Skai boards a plane in an attempt to get rid of Nas, the "Old Town Road" hitmaker still manages to catch up thanks to his suit.

Fortunately, Skai still gets her happy ending. In the end of the Mike Diva-directed music video, when "The Smurfs" star is about to give up, she finally cracks a smile after Nas makes fluorescent treet begin to sprout around the downtown skyscrapers.

"Panini" is the second single off Nas' debut EP "7", following "Old Town Road". The single notably boats a songwriting credit from Kurt Cobain thanks to the song's unintentional interpolation of Nirvana's "In Bloom". He said of the song in an interview on Apple Music's Beats 1, "One of the craziest things about 'Panini', is it introduced me to Nirvana's album 'Nevermind'. It's like I always seen the cover but I never actually listened to it. And people was like, 'Wow, he sampled Nirvana.' I was like, no, it's like, I didn't realize I was using almost the exact same melody."

In another interview on Sirius XM, Nas said that the experience made him a fan of the band while giving a shout out to Kurt's daughter Frances Bean Cobain. "She's the one who pretty much approved the song and she told me how much she loved the video for 'Old Town Road'," he said. "It actually got me into the album for the first time. I had never heard 'Nevermind'."
