AceShowbiz - Angelina Jolie had an emotional moment like any other moms when she dropped off her son Maddox at school in South Korea. The 44-year-old actress admitted during an interaction with students at Yonsei University International Campus in Seoul that she's holding back tears while sending her eldest kid off to study abroad.

In a video posted on the university's official Instagram page, someone off the camera was heard asking the "Salt" actress, "How long are you staying in Korea?" She answered, "I leave today, today is the day that I drop him off," prompting many sighs from the group. She went on sharing, "I know, I'm trying not to cry."

Angelina, who dressed casually in a black tank top and pants, with a gray jacket tied around her waist, then told the crowd, "Yes it's time, thank you very much, it seems like a great school." She added to her son Maddox, "I'm sure you're all going to like it here."

One student named Richard Choi shared a photo of himself with Angelina and wrote in the caption, "Thank you miss Jolie for having a 40 seconds conversation with me! NEW VIDEO COMING SOON."

He went on detailing his short conversation with the actress in a YouTube video. Richard said that Angelina revealed Maddox was going to live in the dorms. Richard, who is a Minnesota native, went on sharing, "She knows there aren't much students from America. So right after I told her I'm from Minnesota, she was glad to see another person from America."

A University sophomore, Jin En Yu, told Radar Online about meeting Angelina and Maddox at the school dorm, "It was such an unbelievable moment." The student added, "She seemed really happy and was willing to talk to us." Jin En Yu also said about Angelina's eldest kid, "Maddox seems like a really cool guy."

18-year-old Maddox, whom Angelina adopted from Cambodia, is studying bio engineering at Yonsei University. The "Maleficent: Mistress of Evil" star and Maddox had been spotted touring other universities, including several campuses in the United States, earlier this year.
