AceShowbiz - James Marsden has joined Tim Roth among the stars cut from Quentin Tarantino's new movie, "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood".
The actor was reportedly hired to play the younger version of the late Burt Reynolds' character, George Spahn, in the film - but Burt didn't live to portray the blind landowner, who gifted his property to cult leader and serial killer Charles Manson and his hippie followers.
Instead, Oscar winner Bruce Dern took the role and Tarantino reportedly ditched a flashback scene with Brad Pitt.
Marsden is still thanked for his contribution to the film in the end credits.
Meanwhile, Roth, who previously starred in three Tarantino movies, also gets a credit in the film, with the word 'Cut' in brackets after his name.
The Brit's "Reservoir Dogs" co-star Michael Madsen, who has also appeared in multiple Tarantino movies, has been added to the final cut of the film after failing to make it into the feature the director showed at the Cannes Film Festival in May.
