The 'KUWTK' star later allegedly urged her rapper husband to quickly get in talk with Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner in order to get the 'Wild for the Night' star out of jail in Sweden.

AceShowbiz - It seems like Kim Kardashian watched the recent episode of Wendy Williams's talk show. A new report suggests that the makeup mogul and her rapper husband Kanye West are in talks to get President Donald Trump's help in A$AP Rocky's legal trouble in Sweden.

According to TMZ, the president has got his team working to get A$AP released from the prison across the pond after he was involved in a street brawl in the country. A source claimed to the site that Kim and Kanye learned of A$AP's predicament earlier this month.

The "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star later allegedly urged her husband to quickly get in talk with Trump's son-in-law Jared Kushner. Kim has maintained a good relationship with Jared form her previous White House work.

It was further added that Jared let Trump know what happened after the reality TV star filled him in. Trump himself allegedly "acknowledged something seemed amiss." He then told Jared that he believed the "Praise the Lord" rapper was being held unfairly, and wanted to help.

TMZ also added that Secretary of State Mike Pompeo got involved and unleashed a few deputies in an attempt to get some action with a State Dept. member set to arrive in Sweden on Thursday to actively work to get A$AP out of jail.

Despite the attempt to help A$AP, members of the Congressional Black Caucus didn't seem to be satisfied with their paces. "It appears that the hip-hop police for years have been targeting rappers in New York and in other parts of the country have now shown the world that it's not just a United States phenomenon," Representative Hakeem Jeffries of New York said. "You can expect that members of Congress, particularly those of us who are part of the Congressional Black Caucus, are going to continue to weigh-in forcefully until A$AP Rocky is free."

This news comes after Wendy made a public request to Kim to help free the rapper. "I don't think she should be the main person, but get in touch with a law firm… and they need to handle it and Kim needs to be in the shadows, quietly making it happen. Or, she needs to go to the white house and try to figure something out.. and Kanye [West], please ask your wife to make this happen," the host pleaded. "Kim, if you're watching, Kris [Jenner] call Kim! I think she should get involved with this."

A$AP Rocky, whose real name Rakim Mayers, was arrested on suspicion of assault in Stockholm on July 2 after an alleged street brawl following a performance in the city. He has been held in a Swedish prison, pending a decision from prosecutors on whether to pursue charges. Fellow hip-hop stars have been showing their supports for the "Wild for the Night" star by boycotting the country.
